To be rated World Class it is essential to score highly on two variables, the Telemark Overall CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and the Telemark OGI (Organic Growth Index).
The Overall CSI is a measure of customer experience of your total offering against a set of customer requirements.
The Telemark OGI is a probability estimate indicating the likelihood that revenues will grow organically, in the next 12 months, based on user declaration of purchase intent.
