Telemark's Customer Satisfaction Report: NTT Com the Winner of Three

TOKYO, JAPAN- NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) announced today that Telemark Services, a leading research company, awarded NTT Com three Diamond Awards for "Best in Class" results in its latest "Voice of the Customer :Global Data VPN" report, which measures user perceptions of global service providers against independent customer satisfaction benchmarks. NTT Com outperformed rivals in three of eight categories: Top 10 Customer Priorities, Pricing, and Billing.

Based on its customer opinion study findings, Telemark compares areas such as bid, installation, operation and billing between eight global data network service operators. Awards are presented by Telemark for leaders in three areas, namely: raising standards to new levels, outperforming rivals in key service attributes, and user confidence in future competitiveness.

NTT Com also received Best in Class in 11 out of 32 service attributes including Technical Support, Operational Guarantees and 24 Hour Transparent Maintenance.

Since competitive advantage must be sustainable, Telemark assesses the likelihood for future competitiveness by combining a measure of customer purchase intent with one of user experience in a matrix called the "Crystal Ball", where the top quadrant illustrates those service providers which Telemark predicts will achieve a sustainable advantage. NTT Com has earned a placement in the leading provider quadrant, winning this distinguished recognition for the first time since the study began, and is one of only three global data VPN service providers to receive the honor.
