Telemark Services’ Voice of the Customer Report highlights the attainment of an exceptional level of customer satisfaction by NTT when they became the only global communications operator to achieve a Telemark Gold Award for Secure Data Transfer in both of Telemark’s key reports - the 11th issue of the IP Services for the Business User and the 17th issue of the Managed Data Network Services reports. A Telemark Gold Award is made for satisfaction scores rated at more than 20% above the Benchmark Standard.
Of the Top 10 most important service attributes for IPVPN customers, NTT is number 1 world-wide. NTT exceeds the benchmark in 30 out of 32 service attributes and is rated "Best in Class" for Fault Reporting Process and Notification of Network Problems. "These outstanding customer satisfaction achievements by NTT can only enhance its international reputation for global IPVPN," said Dr. Kerry Tomlinson, author of the report at Telemark Services. "NTT’s achievement in a key attribute like Secure Data Transfer is quite an accomplishment."
NTT has more Excellent/Outstanding ratings in the Top 10 attributes than any other global operator - and exceeds the Benchmark Standard in each and every one of the Top 10 most important attributes. In Fault Reporting Process, NTT’s "Best in Class" performance is ahead of rivals by a considerable margin. Tomlinson notes, "The dedicated focus on increasing customer satisfaction and improving network performance by NTT is very evident in the results of this report."

A sample of 360 respondents, were interviewed, from 27 countries, after being randomly chosen from the world’s top international companies.
